Client Service Specialist at Buildout, Inc.

Our client services team is focused on daily customer support and longer term project management. We spend a lot of time communicating with our customers and the Buildout team to provide the best possible experience for our users. We are looking for professionals with excellent communication skills and an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is task-driven, detail-oriented, and above all, has a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Daily email support for customers—answering questions and problem-solving
  • Communicate with customers who have varying levels of technical experience
  • Focused, thorough review of design work
  • Summarize problems and project changes to effectively coordinate with the Buildout design team in order to complete work
  • Desire to learn new things and keep up with the latest tech
